How often do we deliver?
The information below is for normal working days, please email or call us for seasonal events.such as Christmas,eid l kabir and more.
A & S Butchers currently delivers orders received before a day to delivery. This is for all others received and fully paid for in advance.
We use a private courier company to deliver to the address specified by you in the order form.Residential or work address are fine but please ensure details and instructions are cleared to avoid any confusion at your chosen place of delivery. We please include any special delivery or include safe instructions on the order form.Usually the courier company will require a signature.If a signature is obtained we will be entitled to assumed that the person is authorized by you to received the products.
At the time of delivery you or someone on your behalf must ensure that you are available to receive the products. Due to the perishable nature of the products and our commitments to supply products of TOP QUALITY, where nobody is available to accept delivery on either of you by the courier and no appropriate “leave safe” instructions have been left for the courier,the products will be returned to us by the courier. In such cases we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees. Where the products is delivered for or (attempted to be delivered) in accordance to this procedure and your prior instructions, We will not be held responsible for product that has perished and cannot make any refund.
Our meat is fresh and packaged in a butcher package and surrounded with ice packs so it’s fresh on arrival.Upon delivery of the products we suggest that you immediately arrange to store the products in freezer, fridge or other storage facility suitable for for the product until you are ready to cook it. Upon delivery you must inspect the products within a reasonable time and notify us immediately.
What is the cost of delivery?
Standard delivery charges to anywhere in Lagos mainland. Delivery price is a fixed rate range from N1,500 – N2,500.
